Spay & neuter clinics

We will be hosting spay and neuter clinics throughout 2024. The dates of upcoming clinics will be dependent on the availability of our traveling Vets:

Meanwhile, you can take advantage of the same vets that come to us by making an appointment at their new facility. Below is a link to make appointments and check out their facility and services.

Eclipse April 5-8 Event

🐾 Calling all compassionate souls! 🐾

Are you a student in need of volunteer hours for community service? Or perhaps you're someone with a heart for animals and a desire to make a difference? Look no further!

The Houlton Humane Society will have a booth selling drinks and trinkets during the Solar Eclipse event from April 5th to 8th to raise money for vet care, and we need your help to make it a success. Whether you're passionate about animals or simply eager to lend a hand, we welcome volunteers to join us in supporting this worthy cause.

Volunteering not only fulfills student’s community service requirements but also aids our furry friends in need. From assisting with setup and cleanup to interacting with guests and helping serve hot and cold drinks, there are plenty of ways to get involved and make a meaningful impact.

Don't miss this opportunity to give back to your community and make a difference in the lives of needy animals. Sign up today to volunteer at the Houlton Humane Society's Eclipse Fundraiser and participate in something special. Together, we can shine a light on compassion and kindness. 🌟

To volunteer, please contact the Houlton Humane Society or visit our website, houltonhumanesociety.us. Here is the link to sign up: https://docs.google.com/forms/u/0/d/e/1FAIpQLScQCq8LvAb9iEhcynbGtw4XGcqQ9GV3guK82pZYJOhRkspH4w/viewform?usp=sf_link&pli=1

We appreciate your support!

If the eclipse doesn’t interest you, we need help with a monthly rabies clinic on March 16, the third Saturday of every month.

We also have a pasta dinner we need help with, set up, serve food, make desserts, and clean up. That is March 23. Please follow the link and sign up to help:
